I was really frustrated with the lack of responsiveness from the staff. When I first reported that our can opener was broken, they were dismissive and didn’t seem to care at all. I actually had to drive to the front desk just to show them the broken item, which felt absurd. It took too long to get an issue resolved that should have been handled easily over the phone, and the overall service felt unprofessional and lacking.

I loved how easy it was to explore the Grand Canyon, with Guano Point just under 2 km away and delicious local restaurants like JJK's Restaurant just a short walk of not even 5 minutes. the area was perfect for a weekend of forest walks and leisurely dining.

Additionally, the absence of USB charging outlets made charging devices cumbersome, and the small bathrooms lacked hooks for hanging clothes, which was inconvenient. The pricing is on the higher side, which might lead you to expect a bit more in terms of amenities and room maintenance. Also, if you're hoping for a quick resolution to issues like a broken can opener, you might find the process frustrating. I had to drive back to the desk to show the broken item myself, rather than them handling it directly.

The two-bedroom apartment was spacious and well-equipped, perfect for our cooking needs given the food allergies. Each evening, we'd sit out on the balcony and enjoy the very nice view of the stars as the coyotes howled in the distance.
